Initiate Your Request
Log into your iHome account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Carefully place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
